For bookings of any type £1.00 will be added to credit card payments. There is no additional charge for payments by debit card.
Ticket Reservations
Reservations (tickets not yet paid for) will be held for up to 5 working days or until midday on the day of the performance (whichever is the sooner). We reserve the right to sell any tickets that remain uncollected after this time.
Ticket Exchange
Tickets may be exchanged, subject to availability, for another performance of the same production. The original tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours before the performance for which they were purchased.
Re-sale of Tickets
Unwanted tickets may be left with the Box Office for re-sale but will not be offered to the general public until the theatre’s allocation of tickets for that performance have been sold. An administration charge of £2.00 per ticket will be made if your tickets are re-sold. Money taken in respect of re-sold tickets will be held for 28 days. If not collected after this time, the money will be assumed to be a donation to the Exeter Northcott.

Please use the booking form and either enclose a SAE or add £1.00 for handling and postage to have your tickets sent to you. Please indicate if you have preferred seats and we will do our best to allocate them, or the nearest alternative, to you.

View any show page on this website and click on BUY ONLINE to choose and pay for your seats. Unlike other online booking systems, YOU choose your seats – they are not allocated to you and there are also NO BOOKING FEES for Northcott Theatre Company productions.
Your tickets can be posted to you (please add £1.00 for postage and handling or held at the theatre for collection).
Please note: If collecting your tickets please bring with you a print out of your booking confirmation which will be e-mailed to you at the time of booking.
