Access
Positions for wheelchairs are now in Row G, reached by a new passenger lift which is accessible from the main entrance to the theatre, and from the upper foyer (Queen’s Drive entrance).
Audio described and sign language interpreted performances are indicated in the season calendar at the rear of the brochure.
Customers with disabilities may have a half price ticket for themselves and a companion / enabler, Monday–Saturday. Please note: this concession can NOT be purchased online. Please telephone the Box Office on 01392 493493 so that when you make your booking you can also inform us of any access requirements. You can also fax your booking form to the box office on 01392 255835, or send your booking in by post, in each case also letting us know of any access requirements.
Please inform the Box Office at the time of booking if you have any access requirements such as a wheelchair position, or are bringing a guide dog etc.
